We both have really bright blue eyes, and I really hope our kids do too!
And good luck to everyone with taking care of yourselves! I lost 45 lbs almost 6 years ago, and maintained my weight just fine until last year when I went to Europe for 5 weeks. Though I wouldn't trade the experience for anything, the 8-10 lbs I came back with have barely budged, despite 95%-"perfect" eating and working out more and harder than ever. My mental noise over it has reached fever pitch, and just last week I banned myself from counting calories, at least for awhile, in hopes of reconnecting with my body about this. It's a daily issue. It's nice to know I'm not alone—even seemingly-slim people can have food issues out the wazoo, and a lot of people don't understand.

I'm going to check out those blogs you recommended. Thanks so much!
Btw, if you don't mind me saying, you're really lovely, and you've got quite a handsome husband as well! :PChef Amber Sheahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11751332126011127621noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4687776592874226381.post-71335399453311200202010-04-04T19:36:27.729-07:002010-04-04T19:36:27.729-07:00I totally agree with you! I think more people would be happy with their weight if they just exercised and learned to eat healthy, instead of going on these extreme diets.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4687776592874226381.post-54173201792814284632010-04-02T16:31:49.120-07:002010-04-02T16:31:49.120-07:00great post! i agree - diets are no good. by changi...great post! i agree - diets are no good. by changing my eating habits and becoming more conscious of what i put into my body, i gradually lost the 25 extra pounds i was carrying around, and kept it off. in the process i gained a passion for healthy foods and met many wonderful friends. win win!=)

by the way, you and hubby both have very pretty eyes!kellihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08532066803345129472noreply@blogger.com
